How our journey began
We didn’t start as an agency, we started as coworkers. Three women who met at work, built a genuine friendship, and quickly realized something important: together, we worked better.
Each of us brought different skills, strengths, and perspectives to the table. Where one struggled, another stepped in. Where one dreamed bigger, the others helped make it practical. Without realizing it, we became each other’s support system — our own sidekicks.
Over time, it became clear this wasn’t just a good team. It was the foundation of something bigger. We shared the same values and a deep belief that no one should have to grow alone — especially ambitious people carrying so much responsibility.
That’s when the idea was born. We joked about being “superwomen” — not because we did everything, but because we learned we didn’t have to. And like every hero story worth telling, we discovered the truth: Every superhero needs sidekicks to save the world.
